Lauren's Journey within the beauty industry began at the front desk putting her people skills to use in a salon environment while also going to school. By her 3rd year of college Lauren had already moved up in salon management and was inspired to challenge her creative brain and become an apprentice herself. Having worked under some of the most successful hairdressers in the company , Lauren quickly picked up technique and taste in both haircutting and coloring. She has now been in the industry for 14 years with 8 years behind the chair and has endless education under her belt. Her unique conversational approach at every appointment helps her calculate your specific hair needs so you feel seen and heard all while receiving precise and long lasting hair color or cuts that evolve as they grow.
